These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ACAMP
(Automatic Carbon Account Management Platform) and related services (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority
to bind that organization to these Terms.
2) Accounts & Access
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your account(s).
We may require identity or email/domain verification for enterprise features.
3) Subscriptions & Billing
ACAMP may be offered under free, trial, or paid subscription plans.
Plan features, seat limits, and usage quotas are described on the pricing page.
Trials convert to paid plans at the end of the trial unless cancelled.
4) Payments & Taxes
Fees are due in advance of each billing period and are non-refundable unless required by law.
You authorize us or our payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and government charges.
5) Data & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
By using the Service, you consent to processing consistent with that policy.
You retain ownership of your Customer Data. We process it to provide and improve the Service,
prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
6) Customer Data & Content
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of data you upload or generate.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit the data and to grant us the limited rights to host, process, and display it for your use of the Service.
Do not upload sensitive personal data unless our agreement explicitly allows it.
7) Acceptable Use
Do not, and do not allow others to:
Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to bypass security or technical measures.
Use the Service to infringe intellectual property or to violate laws or regulations.
Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service availability.
Misrepresent identity, ownership, or the source of data.
8) Intellectual Property
ACAMP, including software, documentation, and branding, is owned by the provider.
No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms or a separate written agreement.
Feedback may be used to improve ACAMP without obligation or attribution.
9) Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, APIs).
Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
10) Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business,
even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to
the Service will not exceed the fees paid by you to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event.
12) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from any claims, damages,
liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13) Suspension & Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. For paid plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, non-payment, or legal requirements.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits).
14) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Courts located in Thailand will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.
15) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email.
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
